All Sales Are Final

Battle Plan Co. sells digital products that are delivered electronically and accessible immediately after purchase. Because of the instant and irreversible nature of digital delivery, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed and access to the Product has been provided. This applies equally to single products, bundles, and any discounted or promotional purchases.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) you are buying a digital Product delivered immediately; (b) you expressly consent to that immediate delivery; and (c) you waive any right of cancellation, withdrawal, or refund once access has been provided, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Before You Buy

Please read each Product description carefully and make sure the Product is right for you before purchasing. If you have any questions about what a Product includes, contact us first — we’re happy to help you decide before you buy.

Technical Issues

We want you to receive what you paid for. If you experience a genuine technical problem — for example, a download link that does not work, a corrupted file, or a duplicate charge for the same Product — contact us within seven (7) days of purchase at battleplanco@gmail.com. We will work to fix the issue, provide a replacement file, or correct a duplicate charge. Resolving a verified technical problem is handled at our sole discretion and does not by itself entitle you to a refund of a properly delivered Product.

Chargebacks

If you believe there is a problem with a charge, please contact us first so we can help — most issues are resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or filing a dispute that is not legitimate, may result in immediate and permanent revocation of your license and access to all Products, and we reserve all rights to contest such disputes with evidence of delivery and acceptance of these terms.

Payment Processor Policies

Purchases may be processed by third-party providers (such as Payhip, Stripe, or PayPal). Those providers may offer their own buyer-protection programs, and nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
